The process was good and communication was really clear. HR was responsive and there was no ghosting. It involved basic technical questions and situation simulation. The interview itself was straightforward with a very relaxed atmosphere. The interviewers were very human and comprehensive.

I got to the interview half an hour early and was greeted by a receptionist who was rude and told me I might not get interviewed because I didn't bring 3 forms of ID, which I wasn't asked to bring. The manager I interviewed with was unenthusiastic, didn't shake my hand, and seemed disinterested. They had me do a short written email test to check my English skills. After the interview, I had to ask if they needed references. I was rejected the next morning via a copy-paste email. The entire experience felt impersonal, and I felt like I was treated like a number.

So, first I had a chat with HR. It was pretty chill and easy. The recruiter told me a bunch about the company, pay, and perks. Then, I had to do a quick Excel test, which wasn't too hard. After that, I met with the department head and supervisor. This second interview was more about digging into stuff and took longer, but they were really nice and made me feel comfortable. The only downside was the whole thing dragged on for like 2 months.

The manager interviewed me and asked a lot about my ability to manage projects. I felt it was quite thorough. HR was also present and asked the typical questions. It felt like a fair interview and gave me the impression that the manager really wanted to hire the right people. I'd advise preparing to share various experiences you've had, including both positive and negative outcomes. What surprised me most was that for a logistics company, they don't seem to care if you're interested in the industry; it's definitely the company culture as many managers come from different backgrounds.
