I filled out an application questionnaire where I had to rank my top 5 intern positions/areas of interest and answer 7 prompts. Then, I had one interview with the manager for my top choice. I'm not sure if other candidates had more interviews for their other ranked roles. I got an offer about 1.5 weeks after the interview and accepted it.

I filled out a screening form and picked some areas I was interested in. Then I chatted with two people from the team I would have been working with. They were both really nice and the interview had typical questions. They said I'd hear back the next week, but it's been months and I still haven't gotten any rejection emails.

There were two interviews, first a phone screen then an in-person at their downtown Chicago offices. The first was with HR, then the second was with your manager and their manager. Dress nicely even though the office vibe is relaxed. You'll hear back in a few weeks.
