The interview process was long and had many levels, but they never updated me afterwards, even when I followed up. They just told me to wait, even though I knew I wasn't shortlisted. They kept making me take exams and attend more interviews, giving me false hope. In the end, it felt like the company just wanted to learn about our processes, policies, and technologies to copy our ideas or creativity.
