The interview process was very professional and structured. I was impressed with how sincere and honest everyone was during both the phone and in-person interviews. Usually, trucking company HR can seem uncaring towards potential drivers, but that wasn't my experience with TMC. This is definitely a big reason why they're considered one of the best flatbed trucking companies in North America.
