So first, you have a phone chat with HR/recruiter, then if you pass that, you talk to someone on the team you'd be working with over the phone. If you make it past that, you go in for an in-person interview. They'll look over your resume and ask about stuff on there. They didn't really explain the job much to me, just that it's pretty much helping out the team.
