They called the next day after I applied and did an interview that afternoon same day. Over phone they asked me my availability. The in person interview was 5min long, I had a great and cheerful hiring manager, we went to the employee room to chat, it felt like a conversation, and I got the job immediately after some questions.

I applied before the holidays and got a text the next day from a manager to schedule a phone interview for later that day. They asked basic questions about my resume and work history, and what I wanted to be paid. Then, I had an in-person interview with the head store manager. He asked mostly customer service questions and again about my work experience. My job history was short, about 3-9 months per job, and they wanted someone more long-term because they 'train to hire'. I made sure to be really friendly and customer-service oriented because they decide on the spot where you fit best. I mostly ended up in front-end/returns and rarely on the sales floor since accepting the offer in September.
