First, I had an interview with a manager. Then, right after that, another manager reviewed the notes from the first interview and I had a second interview with them. We talked about past experience and what kind of work you like to do in a store, like if you've used a cash register.

I applied for a seasonal position around Christmas and got a call a few days later for an interview. Having a reference from someone who works there could definitely help get the job easier. I interviewed for a markdowns role, and the interview was about 15 minutes long. A few days after that, I got a call for orientation and started working the day after. The whole process took a little over a week.

I waited about a month after applying to hear back. They asked me about five questions at the interview and if I'd be willing to cashier since I had Merchandiser listed on my application. They hired me right away and I had orientation about 5 days later. The dress code is pretty casual, but obviously a bit conservative with skirt length, no tank tops, and no blue jeans. Keep this in mind when dressing for the interview.
