Executive Secretary
This was a traditional interview process with tests, and it took a long time and had many candidates. The whole process was over 6 hours. I passed the interview, but they asked me to change my college schedule, which I couldn't do.

Auxiliar
The company was dishonest! They stated an incorrect salary (higher) in the first stage. They also didn't clearly inform about the benefits. Then, when I moved to the second stage, which seemed to be just for formalization and meeting the area manager, they presented a completely different, much lower salary and asked if I had any issues with it. I was honest, saying of course, this was a surprise and the new salary wasn't compatible with the market for the same position. They quickly ended the interview and later sent an automated message saying I wasn't a fit for the role. I asked for feedback and never got a response. They were definitely looking for someone to work for very little. Very sad for a company of this size. Disappointing! I felt completely undervalued.

Secretary
I only had the first interview, but never got a response. I've called, I've emailed, but I've simply been ignored. This is not how you treat a candidate and this is not the type of company I want to work for.
