The hiring process starts with resume screening and analysis, followed by contacting pre-selected candidates. The interview assesses professional experience, technical skills, behavioral competencies, attitude, communication, and alignment with company values. Depending on the role, practical tests or dynamics may be applied. After this stage, there's a final profile analysis and feedback on the decision.

I started the process in early February 2025. The first contact was via WhatsApp with the recruiter to schedule the first interview. About a week later, I had a second round with someone who would be my work partner below the manager level. After this second stage, I was supposed to go to the office for an in-person interview with the manager. Two weeks passed without any updates, so I contacted the recruiter again to check if the process was still active and if I was still being considered. I was told yes and that I just needed to wait for the manager's availability. It's been a month since that last contact and I haven't heard back, so I was ghosted.

The recruiter really pushed for me to apply, but I made sure they knew my salary expectations upfront so we wouldn't waste each other's time. They agreed, and we moved forward. There wasn't a formal screening step; I went straight into a technical interview and assessment with a technical person. They asked a bunch of questions about AWS architecture. After that, I got feedback, and the recruiter called right away to say they wanted to move forward. The next step was a 1:1 to negotiate my salary down. I also asked about benefits a couple of times, but they just ignored me after I turned down their lower salary offer.
