The recruiter told me to show up at the store by 9am. When I got there, the manager interviewing me wasn't expecting me and didn't know I was coming. I had to wait 20 minutes before they could interview me, and I was almost late for my current job, which could have gotten me penalized or fired. But, I got a call within an hour after the interview and they offered me the job.

Behavioral Technical Other

I went to the website and put in my info. Someone from the Georgia HQ called and asked me to finish the application and do the assessment. I did that the next day and called her back. She went over some questions with me and told me what the job was about. We talked about the salary, which was good compared to my old job. She said she needed to run my background and then she'd call to set up an interview. My background check came back the same day, so we scheduled an interview. I picked the store I wanted to interview at, which was my current store. I went to the interview and it was really chill. The manager explained the job and the company. She pretty much told me I had the job without saying it directly. They interviewed on Monday and I got the call Tuesday saying I got the job and I started the next Monday. I like it so far, doesn't seem as bad as people say.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter called and conducted the phone interview, asking many questions relevant to a customer service role. After that, I was given an assessment to complete. Finally, I had a face-to-face interview via Skype with the recruiter. It was quite a long process considering the offered salary.
