Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Titan Medical (Nebraska).
Recruiter
The interview process was informal and slow. I had to wait about 10 minutes after arriving to be seen. I interviewed with two people who didn't seem very engaged. They offered me the job, but then called a few weeks later to say they'd hired someone else. This was after I had already resigned from my previous job. It was surprising to receive a verbal offer and then have it rescinded.
- I was the one asking most of the questions during the interview.
Recruiter
Titan is very accommodating during the interview process. You get to understand the role before interviewing. The managers listen well and want to learn about you to see if you're a culture fit.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced recently and how you dealt with it?
Recruiter
I was recruited through social media and had an initial screening phone call with a corporate recruiter. Everything was scheduled, and the people were friendly. Then there was an in-person interview with the direct manager, which was straightforward and a great conversational interview. They had Covid precautions in place.
- What are some basic interview questions you can ask?
- Can you tell me about your personal goals?
