Behavioral Technical Case

I heard back pretty quick after applying and got my first HR chat scheduled. Then I had two 30-min talks with a Senior Associate and an Associate from the Acquisitions and Development team. After that, I moved onto round three, which had this modeling test I thought was tough, followed by a 30-min review of the model with the Senior Associate. I never heard back after the modeling part.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview at their Boston office. There were no technical questions asked. The person on the phone didn't seem to know what to ask and didn't know anything about real estate, for example, they didn't even know Jones Lang LaSalle. The person during the in-person interview didn't seem to like their job and advised me against asset management, which is what the analyst role was for – it was very confusing.

  • Can you tell me about your career goals?
