Customer Service Representative
The response time from the company was slow, but the recruiter was really nice and helpful. The process started with a phone call where I was asked some customer service-related questions. It was a pretty positive experience overall.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What would be your approach to handle a customer who is angry?
- Can you recall a time you excelled at your previous job?
Customer Service Representative
After we get your application, we'll review it, and you'll hear back in about a week. Then, there's a quick 15-30 minute Google Hangout call where you'll do a short presentation and we'll ask about your resume, skills, and why you're interested. The final step is an onsite interview at Tiqets, lasting about an hour. You'll do a more detailed presentation about the company and the job, and we'll discuss your past experiences, personality, motivation, and skills. We'll also show you around the office.
