Sales Development Representative
It started with a good 30-minute Zoom call with a recruiter, who liked my background. Then, a 30-minute Zoom with two hiring managers went well too, similar vibe to the first one. Next up was an onsite with one of those managers and another manager from a different team. We chatted about my experience and the job, and I did a mock cold call which they thought was great. They asked me to do an email outreach task too, even though they said the cold call was enough. I did it anyway to show more of what I can do. Those first few stages were good experiences. But, the fourth stage was a letdown. I had a Zoom with a director, it was rescheduled from 2 PM to 6 PM because of my work. During the interview, the director seemed bored, yawning and looking around, not really paying attention to my answers. They even said, "Oh sorry, are you done? I thought you were going to go off on one again." It felt unprofessional. Afterwards, I got a generic rejection email saying my experience wasn't a fit. I asked for more feedback because I thought my background was perfect, especially since they liked it in the first three stages, but never heard back. Given all this and reading other reviews, I'm glad I won't be working there.

Sales Development Representative
So there were 3 interviews total. First was with the recruiter, then with a few SDR managers, and the last one was with the director of SDRs. All the interviews were pretty similar. They want to hear about your past sales experience, especially about how you've brought in new business, and they like to see your creativity and persistence. The second interview had multiple SDR managers and they asked about my experience and why I liked working there, and about career progression. The final interview was with the director, and I feel like if you get to that point you're pretty much set. Still, you should talk about why you're excited to join, how you'll contribute, and bring up your past sales experience.

Sales Development Representative
I applied for an AE role, but they said I wasn't a good fit and would be considered for an SDR role instead, even though they weren't hiring SDRs at the time. I was initially told there would be 4 rounds, but it ended up being 6. Someone who joined the company during my interview process even jumped in for the final round to interview me, which was weird. HR said he was a volunteer, not part of the official process, though he was senior. My experience with him wasn't great; he interrupted me, didn't answer my questions fully, and said I spoke too fast, unlike others. My experience with the interviewers before him was good, and I learned from their feedback. I'd reject the final interviewer due to his lack of attentiveness.
