It was a long process with about 5-6 interviews, but overall a great experience. The questions were different at each level, and the interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They gave quick feedback after each interview, so there was no long waiting period to know the results.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So after a first call with HR, I had a 30-minute Zoom intro meeting with a Product Director. Then came a 3 hours home assignment, which I got via email and sent back after 3 hours, they were fine with me asking for more time. The assignment involved suggesting solutions for 2 user challenges based on a company challenge, including prioritization, KPIs, and a rollout plan. Next, I had a 1:1 onsite interview with the Product Director focused on product sense. I shared a successful feature I led, detailing the process, challenges, and success measurement. I also used the whiteboard for questions about product decisions, and while no presentation was mentioned, I was prepared for one. Immediately after, I interviewed with the CTO about the business aspects of the product, not tech, discussing general approaches and hypothetical questions about a feature I led. They mentioned continuing with other candidates due to experience requirements, with a Zoom call with the US VP product as the next step. The people seemed nice, but the process felt a bit disorganized and improvised, which I think might have impacted their ability to assess candidates effectively within the limited time.

About two weeks after I sent my CV, I got a quick 10-minute call from HR. After that, there was a take-home assignment. The assignment was sent via an automatic email, and it required me to write a PRD within one hour. I was given an additional 30 minutes to submit any revisions. I didn't get any feedback on why I didn't pass or what they were looking for.
