The process started off great and scheduling with their team was super clear. Unfortunately, after a great interview where I was told I'd hear back the following week, I was ghosted by the team I was chatting with. I sent two follow ups to check in and they didn't even extend the smallest decency to say they moved forward with another candidate.

My interview with Tinuiti was quite long, taking months and a lot of my time and effort. It started with a talent interview, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had a multi-day project that I had to prepare and then present to a panel. This was followed by a 30+ minute panel interview and then another interview with an executive. After all that, I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, and my emails about the status weren't answered. It just went completely silent. Finally, over two weeks after my last interview, I got a rejection email without any feedback. Given how much time, preparation, and energy this process took, including building full projects and presenting to leadership, the lack of communication and transparency was really disappointing. I really wanted to know if there was anything I could have done better or differently, but I still got no feedback. I know not every job works out, but when an interview process lasts for months and needs a lot of work from the candidate, providing some feedback should be normal. It's respectful and shows the company's values and how they treat candidates.

Got a quick screening call scheduled, but after that, I never heard back about any next steps or if the job posting was still open. The person who interviewed me was nice and asked some strategic thinking questions, which I actually thought would be for the hiring manager interview.
