It was a group activity, very cool and dynamic. We designed small marketing actions, where all participants could participate and collaborate in some way. Impeccable organization and very attentive.

Behavioral

The interview was friendly and personal, with a casual and comradeship feel. They emphasized teamwork, good work-life balance, and team effort. I worked for Time Warner Cable, now Spectrum. Management holds you inhumanely to KPIs. You're expected to control what you can't control. Supervisors are ridiculed in management meetings if they have lower numbers, and if you're the only male on the team, it'll be you. If you get fired, you'll need to call the EEOC.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The HR part was fine, and I really enjoyed talking with the business line team. I ended up accepting the offer, though I felt the compensation could have been higher. In hindsight, I would have tried to negotiate more money at the beginning because it's difficult to change once you're hired.
