First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Time Etc.
Virtual Assistant
They asked me to describe my work experience, and I was told I'd hear back by email within 24 hours. The interviewer was really friendly, but I got nervous and felt like I wouldn't get the job. They let you know via email. I've worked for them part-time before, but this wasn't for a full-time income.
- Tell me about your work experience.
- What keeps you motivated?
- How do you ensure you stay organized?
Virtual Assistant
The interview process was quick and straightforward. I booked my interview using a Calendly link. The interview covered typical questions for a Virtual Assistant role. The interviewer was very professional and friendly. The interview was conducted over Zoom, so make sure to dress appropriately.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What methods do you use to maintain organization?
- Tell me about a challenging situation with a client you encountered.
Virtual Assistant
I think they didn't like me because I had a long career break. I passed the first online psychometric test where I didn't mention my career break or include my CV. Then, during the face-to-face interview via Zoom, I felt the mood changed right after I mentioned my career break, and the interview ended shortly after. It's a shame because they should have filtered this out before candidates prepared for interviews.
- Can you walk me through your career history?
- Could you please go over your CV with us?
