They asked me to describe my work experience, and I was told I'd hear back by email within 24 hours. The interviewer was really friendly, but I got nervous and felt like I wouldn't get the job. They let you know via email. I've worked for them part-time before, but this wasn't for a full-time income.

I was supposed to interview with this company last month but decided not to proceed with the entire interview process. I was really surprised by the number of interview stages for a job with a 22k salary. It's baffling to me. Interviewing is already stressful, and I genuinely believe I would have been a great fit, but as someone with diagnosed anxiety, I couldn't handle the multiple stages. I'm sharing this so the company is aware that I wish the process was a bit more accessible for neurodivergent individuals. Aside from that, the company seems like a great place to work. I learned a lot about the business and its owner, Barnaby. I'm just sorry I couldn't manage the extra stages.

The interview process started with a preliminary phone call with HR. Then there were video interviews with the COO and Team manager, followed by a video interview with the Founder/CEO. The whole thing took a couple of weeks, and everyone was super friendly. They do throw some curveballs with questions that put you on your feet and even have you do a role-playing exercise during the second interview. So, be ready to demonstrate your communication and how you handle situations on the fly.

It’s a long process, first a phone chat then video interviews with four different people and a team call. I was upset not to get the job offer because I was sure I would have fit in well and I think with how long the interview process is, it left me feeling quite sad and deflated that I hadn’t got the right personality. Having said that all the people were really nice and the interview process taught me a lot about myself. Now just need to pick myself back up and learn from it.
