The interview process was a bit of a mixed bag, leaning more towards casual than I expected. They didn't really mention the casual side of things until we were already in the interview, which kind of threw off people who were dressed and prepared for a more formal setting. On top of that, it felt pretty unprofessional because my interview for this sales associate role was conducted in a really busy hotel lobby.

the recruiter was nice and friendly, but unfortunately I didn't advance to the next interview stage. They decided to move forward with other candidates they felt were a better fit for the position.

First, I had an HR screening, then I went through 5 interviews with the team lead/director and other team members. It was a great experience with great people. Most interviews were behavioral, asking me to discuss my projects and how I work with others.

The interview process dragged on for ages. Midway through, the role was put on hold and they cut down on the number of hires. In the end, they hired someone who applied internally late in the process, even after they'd led me on for over 8 weeks. I applied for a couple similar roles posted later, but got rejected without seemingly being considered. Big waste of my time, thanks a lot 👍🏻
