Behavioral Technical

There were about three to four interviews in total, conducted over phone and video. The interviews included discussions with the Team Lead and HR. They covered behavioral and technical aspects relevant to QA roles, such as data handling, root cause analysis (RCA), and teamwork. It's advised to prepare specific examples to share. The process is pretty standard but thorough and requires attention to detail. Make sure to research the company and prepare well in advance for the interviews.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you explain RCA methodology?
  • Tell me about your teamwork skills.
  • What are your data skills?

Got an initial contact on Sep 25th and had a first interview a few days later on Sep 29th. A bit later, my second interview was set for Oct 3rd. After that, I was told the hiring manager would call me the following week. Then on Oct 11th, I got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. The first contact also included an assessment, which I thought would be language-related, like translations or grammar checks, but it had some really confusing questions. The interviews were both scheduled for 30 minutes, but the first one was short, only about 15 minutes, and it felt like the interviewer was just reading from a script. The second interview lasted 20 minutes and covered my previous experience and hypothetical situations. I felt the interviews went well and honestly didn't expect to be rejected. Tiktok doesn't give feedback, just an automated rejection, so I have no clue what I could have done better.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • What is the last book you read?
  • Do you have excellent Spanish skills, as this role requires?
  • Can you describe your previous experience in QA roles?
