The scheduling of the call was very smooth and efficient. However, the interview with the reporting officer/line manager feels a bit rushed. It was shorter than the scheduled time and it seems like she was just asking questions on the list and moved on to next questions after my reply without much follow up or questions for clarification. I received the rejection email after a few days. Maybe they already had a candidate in mind but just needed to hit the quota for interviews.

I had four rounds of interviews: first a recruiter screen, then the hiring manager, then a business partner, and finally another business partner. It was a really unprofessional experience. The recruiter was slow to respond and didn't give me much info. I was told I'd get case study materials before the weekend but never did. After following up a bunch the next week, they said I wasn't moving forward. On top of that, during one of the business partner interviews, I was asked directly if I have kids and how I'd handle the job with a child at home, which is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. They should really improve how they communicate with candidates and train their interviewers on proper, legal conduct.
