The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“I had an interview scheduled late at night because the interviewers were in China. The interview involved solving an island problem using DFS, and then they went deep into my CV, asking detailed questions about my projects, framed in a way that connected them to application scenarios.”Candidate-reported process
“The process was overall smooth but really lacked respect for interviewees. I completed all 3 rounds, but they canceled the HR call about compensation an hour before it was scheduled. I never received any feedback and was ghosted. All three rounds were pretty much the same: two technical interviews with developers and one with the hiring manager, which included a resume dive, standard ML questions, and a LeetCode problem.”Candidate-reported process
“The first round was okay, I was asked a BFS question. I didn't get past the first round because it was my first coding interview ever and I froze. Live coding was intimidating.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
