I had to do a test, studied for one day and passed it. The questions were simple. Then I had a 1 on 1 with the manager where he just talked about the responsibilities. He was really nice and I didn't feel intimidated. It lasted about 30 minutes. I had to get my own shirt and hat.

i had an interview and they told me i would be called back, but i never heard anything back after that, and i wasn't sure if they were interested. it was hard to feel like the management was really trying to help the employees.
