The process was pretty structured, focusing a lot on case studies and consulting skills. But after the last round, they put my profile on hold because of a 'fitment issue' they didn't really explain. It would have been better if they had been clearer about the role expectations from the start.

So, it was a three-step process. We started with an initial chat, then there was an assignment, and finally a culture fit round. They rescheduled a lot, but the chats themselves were good. The case study (assignment) was super detailed and took a good chunk of time and effort to finish.
