Had a great interview experience, it was 3 virtual technical rounds, 1 onsite technical round and 1 virtual HR round. Interviewers were nice, respectful and knew their stuff. The salary they offered was very competitive. Overall it was a great experience.

Technical

I applied through their careers portal and a TA contacted me. The first round was a project round, followed by another project round. After that, they communicated that I would not be proceeded further. I suspect the position might have been fake, possibly to understand the projects and architectures of other companies.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The interviewer seemed very interested in the architecture of the product I'm working on, asking detailed questions about the technologies used and their integration.
  • Throughout the interview, questions focused on the 'why' and 'how' behind the technologies and their coupling within the product.
  • After the second round, I started to feel suspicious as similar questions about the product's tech stack were asked, which seemed irrelevant to the position itself.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I had a pretty bad experience with Tiger Analytics. It started with a recruiter call, then they asked for my availability for a technical round. I gave it right away, but then heard nothing for a month. Suddenly, they emailed me for a technical interview the next day. It was really inconvenient and last minute. I still did it, but then it's been two months since that interview and still no word. I've emailed them a bunch of times but they just ignore me. It's super unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn't recommend them.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you solve a graph-based coding problem using Python?
  • Tell me about your AI/ML engineer projects and then I'll ask some questions about them.
