The interview was really nice. They asked me about myself and my motivation. We also briefly exchanged a few sentences in English to confirm my language skills. The vibe was super relaxed, they offered me coffee, and both managers were very friendly. It didn't feel like a test at all.

I applied online and got an email for an online assessment questionnaire. The next day, I was asked to do a digital interview, which I'd already done for a previous application. The email about the digital interview asked me to reply to confirm if I'd completed it and to reach out with any questions. I sent an email about a week ago and still haven't heard back. It's really disappointing to have such a lack of feedback and a delayed response, especially for such a time-sensitive process with a company as well-known and reputable as Tiffany's & Company. If this is how unprofessional the executives at the Richmond VA location are, then I guess I avoided a problem.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I applied online and then got an email to do this online test thing that took like an hour, it was all about dealing with customers, you had to do it to move on. Then there was a group interview, it was pretty long, like 2 hours. We all had to get in a group. First, we had to introduce the person next to us, talk about their hobbies, work history, their greatest gift, and why they wanted to work at Tiffany's. Then, we did this role play thing where one person was the salesperson and the other was the customer, and they had these 'character cards' that told them who to be, like a young woman who just got a promotion and wanted to buy herself something nice. You'd pretend to be the customer and the other person would try to sell you stuff. Finally, each group got a question about a customer situation in the store and we had to figure out the best answer as a group and then present it to everyone else.
