First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tiffany & Co..
Marketing
I did a digital interview for Tiffany's. First, they asked me to write out answers for two questions and record myself answering the other three. You get three tries to record your answer. The questions were pretty basic, like why Tiffany's and telling about a time I felt I could have done something better. This was the first step in the hiring process.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you felt you could have improved your performance?
- What makes you want to work for Tiffany's?
- Why are you interested in this particular role?
Brand Ambassador
It took several weeks because it was a seasonal hire and they do extensive background checks, including drug tests and reference checks, due to the nature of the merchandise and the company's reputation. I really like working here so far and would like to be a full-time permanent employee! The company culture is nice, the dress code is formal but appropriate for Tiffany, and if you get a position and don't want it, give it to me - this is the best quality retail by far.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of the Tiffany Legacy?
Marketing
Had a video interview with about 3 video questions and two written questions. It was on a HireVue-type platform and was pretty fast. For each question, I could record up to 3 times and then pick one to submit.
- Tell me why you're interested in working here.
