First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tiffany & Co..
Intern
Submitted a Vizzy profile for application. Invited to a three round interview process. First round was with HR, second round was a technical interview with the team, and third round was with upper level management. Some people were very nice, others not so friendly.
- What are three things you hope to gain from this internship?
Intern
The people I talked to were really nice, seemed genuine and open-minded. I liked all the chats I had. It did take a bit for them to get back to me with updates, so I had to send a few follow-ups to see where things stood. But yeah, overall it was a good learning experience.
- Tell me about a time you demonstrated X
- Why are you interested in this specific role?
- Why are you interested in Tiffany?
Intern
I have interviewed with many major companies during undergrad and grad school, and this was by far the worst experience I've had interviewing with any company to date. This process entailed 5 interviews over the span of 7 weeks for an internship. I was verbally offered the position by the recruiter and was told to inform any other companies I was interviewing with that I secured an internship only to get ghosted a week later.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Could you perform a full-scale analysis of Tiffany's business model and explain how it relates to the internship responsibilities?
