First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tiffany & Co..
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and got contacted by an HR rep in under a week. The phone interview was quick, and she asked a few questions. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview where I met with HR, an assistant manager, and the director. They told me I'd hear back if they wanted to move forward. I got an offer within two days, which was contingent on a background check, drug test, and reference check. They also offered me more per hour than initially discussed. The whole process was transparent and they kept me updated.

Customer Service Representative
The Recruiting Manager called to set up a phone interview. They asked typical 1:1 interview questions like 'What does customer service mean to you?', 'Are you good at working in a team?', and 'Why did you leave your last job?'. They also asked detailed questions about my resume, asking me to describe each previous job and what I did. They inquired about how I've handled angry customers before and if I've successfully acted as a manager or team leader. They also asked for an example of working in a team and how my influence impacted the outcome. A few days later, I received an email to schedule a 1:1 interview. I met with the same HR Recruiter who asked more questions about my work style, multitasking abilities, and why they should hire me. They also asked about my future career goals. Then, I was interviewed by the Assistant Manager, who spent about 30 minutes describing the position in detail. She asked why I wanted to work at Tiffany's and then talked for the rest of the time. After that, I met with a Manager who was brief and to the point. He reviewed my resume and asked me to describe past work situations and how I resolved them. He also described the position and asked if I had any questions. He was more friendly than the Assistant Manager. I sent a thank you email after the interview and was told I'd hear back early next week about whether I'm hired.
