Senior Analyst
The interview process was very unorganized. They didn't even know what room I was going to interview in or who was going to interview me first. I was disappointed that I wasn't contacted at all and had to chase the HR person for a straight answer after 2 months. I probably would still be waiting for a response. I think if the HR department is a reflection of the company, then I'm glad I don't work there. Maybe it's a blessing.

There were 6 interviews in total: 2 with HR, 2 with managers, and then one each with the director and the VP. They asked about my past experiences, my Excel skills, my ability to multitask, and if I had ever successfully managed a surprise situation. It all went pretty smoothly and quickly. I wasn't asked to do a business case or a live Excel test. I interviewed at the new headquarters located at 23rd and 5th.
- Can you share your experience with managing people?

- What are your skills in Excel?

The recruiter reached out and asked if I could interview the next day. I set it up for the morning, but the interviewer never called. I emailed to check if it was still a good time, and they made it sound like it was my fault ( "You didn't answer" when my phone was in my hand the entire time) and said we could reschedule for later. They set it up for two days later with the same person, but a conference call where I called in instead of them calling me. The interviewer was very standoffish and told me 8 minutes into the call that I was not fit for the role as I didn't meet the apparently very necessary requirement of knowing SAS. If SAS was so important why was I put through to the next round when my resume never mentions SAS. Complete waste of time.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SAS?
- What is your experience with customer data?
