So, it was a typical IT process, about three steps. First, they looked at my CV and then I had an HR interview. After that, I did an online gamified test and a technical test. Finally, there was a technical interview and then negotiation.

HR called me and the first round was a phone screen. The second was a techno-managerial round. After these, HR said they'd schedule an HR round, which happened a week later. Since then, no updates, and emails haven't been answered. I suspect they don't proceed if CTC expectations don't align, but they should at least communicate so candidates can consider the offer. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting.
