First there was a written test with some basic QTP questions about database connections, string comparison and general automation concepts. There were also questions about database joins, array sorting, swapping numbers by value and finding the sum of elements in an array. Then there was a face-to-face interview focusing on automation processes and your daily activities in your current project. Another face-to-face interview followed, covering some managerial questions and agile scrum. Some behavioral questions were also asked, like how you handle problematic situations. The final round was with the client, test manager, and scrum master, where they just assessed communication and daily project activities.

I had a test on testing skills, it was on brainbench or previsor. It was an average test, not too hard, not too easy. Then I had the manager round, which was the main round focused on testing. Lastly, the HR round felt like just another one, nothing special.
