Graduate Engineer Trainee
After clearing the aptitude and group discussion, I was called to their office in Pune for a face to face interview. We were shown an introductory presentation of the company, and their operations; and one by one, were called for the interview after that. Interview process was pretty smooth, but after that, nothing. We were told to wait for 3-4 days to receive an acceptance/rejection mail, but it's been more than a week and still nothing. And the worst part is, there is no point of communication during the entire process. For a company that prides itself in employee satisfaction and has work life balance as its core principle, interview experience was such a big let down.

- Can you discuss your personal projects?
- What are your thoughts on Data Structures and Algorithms?

The hiring process consisted of three stages. The first stage involved aptitude and basic coding questions. The second stage was a group discussion, and the final stage was a technical interview. Overall, the process was straightforward and emphasized English speaking abilities.

Graduate Engineer Trainee
The selection process was virtual and included an online test which had two parts: aptitude with 20 questions in 20 minutes and 15 technical MCQs in 15 minutes, all questions were easy to moderate. After the online test, there was a GD, followed by a tech interview focusing on projects and resume, and finally a normal HR interview.
