I had two interviews. The first was with a team lead, mostly to check my culture fit and vibe. The second interview involved a programming assignment that I had to finish beforehand. Then, I discussed it with two SWEs from the team, who watched my every keystroke and code execution.

The interview process involved games and a video recording. The games were confusing and didn't seem relevant to the job, as we wouldn't be playing games at work. The video recording part was awkward and strange. I would have preferred to talk to a real person directly. Not having direct contact with a real person is a turn-off for me and I'll avoid applying to similar roles in the future.

It started with a logic, reasoning, and personality test, followed by video interviews with different departments. The final stage was a technical and in-depth interview. This was a few years ago. The difficulty of the online interviews varied depending on the department; more technical departments had tougher interviews. Some departments included live coding, while others were less technical until the final interview.
