There were two rounds planned: first a meeting with a manager and then they ask for recommendations. I only went through the first step. For the interview, you can come either to the company's office or by Zoom. The office is nice. No rejection email or feedback whatsoever even if you ask. I think it's a bit disrespectful to people when they invest their time. That's what spoiled the overall impression.

The process was pretty straightforward - Telephonic Round by local team - Telephonic Round with the Onsite team - F2F with Project Manager - F2F with People Manager I was called to Pune via flight (expense paid by Tieto) for the F2F Round. - Technical Round (local) - Again high level technical questions were asked, easier than local technical round if you have no trouble understanding finish, swedish english accent. Understanding them gets a bit challenging at times F2F with Project Manager - Manager was very nice, Very high level technical questions( from architectural point of view) Strengths and weaknesses, this round is very critical, manager pays a lot of attention to what you say. Be frank, be straightforward F2F with HR manager - Quite friendly ! nothin can go wrong at this point. how much remuneration you're going to get depends again on your negotiation skills Overall - in-depth technical skill with good communications will get you a job at Tieto !

1st Technical interview mostly about the skills for the job, it's an interactive session with questions and answers, they want to understand your approach, problem solving attitude, and the complexity you can handle. 2nd round is managerial for project specific hiring, where they might ask some technical and personal questions.
