Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward, with 4 phases. It started with a talent partner, then the hiring manager, followed by a case study, and finally a senior level interview. The focus was on product processes and company values. They were generally very communicative and happy to explain things when asked.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the role and had an initial conversation with HR, who was very knowledgeable. Following that, I had a second interview scheduled with the Director of Operations. However, during this video session, I was informed that the job profile was being shifted to a more project-facing role. I found this change, made at the second interview stage, to be unprofessional, especially after I had invested significant time researching the original position.

3 rounds of interview and then never heard back from Tide. The interview process was started off quick and smooth, Tide uses Greenhouse to automate interview invites and scheduling, and all 3 interviews took place within 2 weeks. Each comprised of competency and scenario questions related to the role. The Hiring Manager even called to give feedback between rounds 2 and 3. However, after the 3rd and final interview, it was radio silence. No offer, no rejection, nothing. Which was odd considering they took the time to give feedback in earlier rounds. Process: - Interview 1 - Hiring Manager - Interview 2 - Hiring Manager + another Operations Manager - Interview 3 - Product Lead + Partnerships Lead
