Marketing Assistant
I went through 3 rounds for this entry level marketing role. Everything seemed good. It was basically a sales job, and pay was commission-based. Even though I agreed to their terms about long work hours, I never got a call back. The job I was initially sent and the actual job details, including pay, were totally different.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
- Would you be okay with working 10 am to 8 pm, Monday through Saturday?
- Can you share an instance where you met your targets?
Marketing
It seemed like a really low-effort interview. I wasn't a huge fan of the questions or what the job involved. It was over really fast, and I didn't really get a chance to ask anything. They also expected me to decide on a job offer right away.
- If I got the job, would I be able to go door-to-door for 8 hours every day?
Marketing Assistant
it was a 3 step process and wasn't too difficult. the people were super nice and welcoming. they talked about not only what i'd be doing day-to-day, but also how there's potential for growth and what the business is aiming for in the next year.
- Can you share some information about yourself and your background?
- What are your perspectives on career growth and leadership?
- What are your career aspirations?
