The interview process started with a group Zoom call with around 5 other candidates. After that, there was an in-person interview involving about 20 people. During this second stage, you'd rotate through different interviewers and complete some paperwork related to the information you were given. I didn't end up taking the job because the pay was all commission and the initial part of the job seemed to involve a lot of door-to-door sales. It's probably a good fit if you want a quick interview process and rapid promotions, and if earning through commissions works for you. They seem to like candidates who are confident and express readiness for any challenge.

It was easy and laid back, with common questions. Just a basic screen to learn more about the company and gauge your background and interest in the job. This was the first interview of several possible.

The first part of the interview was pretty typical. They asked me some behavioral questions and about my past experiences. Then, they told me what the job would involve and what the hours were. I got a bit of a bad feeling when the interviewer said their company culture was like a family and that the weekly pay was about $500 plus commission. Also, the work hours were from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, and half day on Saturday. It just felt like too much time for not enough pay. I went to the third round just to see, but I already knew this company wasn't worth my time and seemed like they were trying to find someone desperate and take advantage of them.
