Project Manager
2 Zoom interviews with the manager and the manager's manager (VP), both based in the US (so, outside normal European working hours); organized and facilitated by a very efficient HR representative in London.
- What makes you interested in Ticketmaster?
- Can you share instances where you faced challenges in meeting or delivering project objectives and how you navigated them?
Project Manager
It starts with a third-party contractor phone screen, then you have two manager interviews, and then a team interview. It's a pretty thorough process and takes a bit. They really invest in onboarding; after about three months, they fly you out to Hollywood, CA for a 3-day Ticketmaster 101 training.
- Can you do both Project Management and Scrum Master tasks, and what experience do you have with those duties?
- Could you describe your past experiences with Project Management and Scrum Master duties?
Project Manager
I went through 7 rounds in total. It started with a recruiter call, and the last one was with the hiring manager's director. Most interviews were panel-style, except for the first and the final one.
- Can you share an example of a challenging situation you encountered and how you navigated it?
- Walk me through a project where you had to juggle competing priorities.
- What would be your approach if a major stakeholder had a different opinion than you on the project's direction?
