The internship position was for a database operation intern. Initially, a phone call was scheduled, but it was switched to a Zoom meeting shortly before. The HR team asked some basic questions. The next interview, also via Zoom, involved meeting the team I'd be working with, and they asked technical questions. They seemed more interested in hearing my experiences than putting me on the spot. The final interview was with their manager on Zoom. He spent most of the time explaining their work. He didn't push for answers but was keen to hear my thoughts.

I spoke with three people: an HR coordinator, a program manager, and a director. Each chat was about 30 minutes long and over the phone. They mostly asked the same things about my background and how it could fit the role. The main goal was to see if I was a good fit and if I'd like the job.

I applied online, and then had a quick phone chat. After that, I went on-site for interviews with three managers. They were all nice and professional, but the interview was about 30 minutes late, which I get because meetings run over. They said they'd let me know about next steps, but I followed up a bunch and heard nothing back. I know it's okay if I didn't get the job, but I'd just like to know where I stand!
