Even though I made it through the last interview stage, HR hasn't given me any real feedback. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they're just ignoring me. It's starting to feel like they weren't serious about hiring and just went through the motions.

Technical Coding

I went through about three screenings. It started with a phone call, then I had to answer some questions by recording myself, and finally, a technical interview. The first two stages were fine, but the technical interview was really poorly done. I was talking to someone online, and it seemed like they were in a break room because I could hear other people talking and maybe a TV in the background. This person hardly looked at the camera and seemed totally uninterested in what I was saying. I get that I might have been the 20th person they interviewed, but their attitude was super distracting. They kept looking away from the camera and didn't seem engaged with my responses. It was a terrible experience.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round was a 90+ minute Objectives round combined with a 30-minute Coding round. The Objectives part included verbal, analytical, quant, technical, and coding questions. The coding part had 2 easy programming questions. The second round was a Technical Round for about 40-45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and it felt like a discussion. The third round was an HR round which was quite short for me, just about 20 minutes. The HR person asked about my projects and some general HR questions.
