I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then I was asked to schedule and do another interview with more team members. After that, I had to schedule and complete another interview with the hiring manager.

HR did a pre-screen, then I talked to two team members. After that, I met the team manager and the Managing Director. HR set up the interviews well. They told me about the job, what needed doing, and the team's open spots. They also shared where the team and company are headed and their objectives. They explained the company's Culture, Values, and Goals. They emphasized the need for a team approach that the company is working towards and how they, as a team and organization, are working to hit those targets. Throughout, they kept bringing up the main thing: focusing on what's best for the company's "Participants" (customers).

Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and then a larger panel interview where you had to present a case study. The description that the recruiter provided on the role was very different than what the team was actually looking for, so I felt underprepared. To make matters worse, the recruiter then just ghosted me after the interview, despite putting in significant effort to prepare a case study and participate in the interview. Totally unprofessional and poor experience with TIAA.
