The interview process in 2022 was pretty good and formal. It was structured, but HR was a bit slow to respond. They asked basic accounting questions, including about IFRS 15 and 16. They also asked behavioral questions like 'tell me about yourself' and about company values.

The hiring process was pretty fast and efficient, taking about a month. There were two interviews. The first was with a recruiter who wanted to know what I was interested in and what team I preferred. The second interview focused more on behavioral questions to get to know me better.

They had 2 interviews, one technical and one HR. The technical round involved sharing your screen and coding. The HR round required answering technical questions as well as basic HR questions. They didn't respond after the interview process.
