The interview process started with a quick 15-minute recruiter screening call. After that, my resume was passed along to the hiring manager. It took about two weeks to get an interview set up with a panel of managers. Another two weeks went by, and then I had another interview with a panel of my potential peers. After that last panel, I was ghosted. I never got any official word on the results, but I'm guessing I didn't make it because of the silence. It definitely wasn't the most professional way to handle it. The whole thing dragged on for at least 7 weeks.

The interview process had 6 rounds. First was an online test. Then came two technical rounds, with the second one being with a higher-level person. After that, there was an interview over the call with someone from the US, and if you cleared that, you were basically set. Next was a managerial round, which was conducted by a director or VP. Finally, there was an HR round for salary negotiation over the call.
