Production Operator
Simple interview with 3 stages! Includes consulting, management, and a psychometric test. There was a tour of the factory where they explained the entire process of manufacturing springs and stabilizer bars. The job involves working in 3 shifts. Initially, it's a temporary position for 9 months with the possibility of being made permanent at the end of the contract.
- Have you worked in the automotive industry before?
Production
Phone interview where I was asked general questions about my past job history and experience. It was a fairly common interview with several people, and most questions came from one person. The interviewers seemed pretty positive without being too intense. HR did a good job making me feel comfortable with the process. Overall, it was a pretty positive experience.
- Can you describe a time you had to handle a confrontation?
Production Assistant
Great selection process, simple and objective. Punctual, clarifying, met my expectations, leaving a good impression about the organization. I have nothing negative to say because the company gives opportunities to both presented and unpresented people, those without much experience, and more experienced people.
- Do you have availability for shifts?
- Why did you leave your last company?
