It was 4 rounds, but the offer was disappointing, much lower than what we discussed in the early rounds. Their arguments were: up to 30% bonus, and I can keep the flight miles :) I found it ridiculous and very disappointing, they just don't treat applicants fairly.

Submitted my online application through the portal. Had a phone call where we briefly discussed the next steps. Then, I had an in-person meeting with four people. We talked about my motivation, how I approach things/think, and the employer's ideas. After that, I met with the direct supervisors and the HR department.

So, it was like an on-campus placement thing. The whole process had three parts. First, there was a written test, covering general aptitude and some technical stuff, which wasn't too hard. Then, we had a group discussion round. Finally, there was a personal interview, which included both technical and HR questions. The interview panel had one technical person and two HR folks.
