So, the process was like, first there was an aptitude test and an interview. The test had technical MCQs and aptitude MCQs. Getting shortlisted mainly depended on the test, and academics didn't matter that much. After the personal interviews, they took two days to sort things out and announce the results on campus.

The hiring process here is very long and drawn out. I was from out of town and they flew me in 3 times. I interviewed over the phone quite a few times also. It did not seem like they were very organized about the interviews. They have knowledgable people asking specific questions. Hard technical interview.
