It was very interesting how it developed. They called me to metallurgy and here I am. It's very interesting how the interview develops because it's very pleasant and it's all in person because it's so common now to do it by video call.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is direct with the direct manager, with HR only scheduling the interview. Both times I applied, I was informed of the interview on the same day, with no option to change the date, only the time. The interview itself is very relaxed, more like a chat to see if you're the ideal candidate for the role. I believe they care more about the candidate's disposition than their existing knowledge. I can't confirm this because, after the interviews, no communication is sent to the candidate, not even to say they were rejected, much less with any justification. Even contacting HR doesn't provide this information.

Behavioral Technical

I had an overseas phone interview with HR and the manager, with each person being in a different country. They handled the process very professionally. HR focused more on behavioral aspects, while the manager seemed to focus on aligning my previous experiences with what would likely be expected for the position. The manager asked about experiences not mentioned on my CV, which felt a bit unnecessary, especially since it was an intern position without strictly defined tasks. Another peculiar thing was how the interview ended on a very positive note, which I took as a sign of approval. A couple of weeks later, I got a standard rejection email.
