Case Behavioral

The interview process involves two rounds. In the first round, a Project Manager introduces TKMC, followed by two case interviews with Project Managers/Principals. This round includes a 30-minute CV and motivation discussion, and a 30-minute case interview. The second round consists of three case interviews with Managing Directors, featuring a 30-minute "getting to know you" session with a personal fit discussion, and a 30-minute case study. Both rounds include a break where current consultants are available to answer any questions and engage in informal chats about personal interests to help candidates get to know their potential future colleagues.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The first step was an HR call for general questions. Then there was a technical round where technical stuff was asked. It was a great experience. They gave me a task and asked 4-5 questions on it.
